Subsequent to the 18th STI Conference the 4th European Summer School for Scientometrics (esss), jointly organized by iFQ, Berlin, Germany, Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium and the Universität Wien, Austria will take place from 8 to 13th September 2013 in Berlin, Humboldt-Unversität zu Berlin.
